Creative Revolution is creating space for local Chesterfield creatives (of any artform) to be seen, heard, and celebrated. We’re inviting you to take part in our upcoming pop-up events — a chance to showcase your work, connect with others, and engage directly with the local community.

If you’d like to exhibit your work and be part of a supportive community event, please take a look at the Expression of Interest Form for full information and get involved.

Creative Revolution (Chesterfield Cultural Education Partnership) are organising a series of pop-up exhibitions celebrating creativity in Chesterfield. This is a curated exhibition opportunity for you to share your work.

These pop-up events will bring together work created as part of our current Arts Council–funded project with local schools, our young people’s group YouSpeak! Creatives, and our Artist Jam group, alongside work by local creatives working across any art form. The focus is on community building, conversation, and connection.

This expression of interest form is for independent artists/creatives who would like to be considered for exhibiting as part of the Creative Revolution pop-up exhibitions.

Chesterfield-based creatives, or those with strong links to Chesterfield.
Creatives working in any art form (visual, performance, digital, sound, writing, mixed media, and more).
Creatives aged 16+ with work they can exhibit (under 18s must be supported by a responsible adult).

These are not direct sales events; they are opportunities for local creatives to talk about their work, share contact details, and connect with both audiences and fellow artists. As these pop-ups are community focussed celebrations, we would encourage people to bring business cards to make potential follow-up sales outside of these events.

Creatives selected to take part are required to:
-Attend the event in person
-Complete set-up by 10:30am latest
-Remain present for the full event
-Pack away their work at the end

If you are unable to attend in person for the full duration of an event, this opportunity may not be suitable at this time.

Event times:
11:00am – 2:00pm.

Dates & Locations:
– Saturday 14th March – Chesterfield College
– Wednesday 8th April – Barrow Hill Memorial Hall
– Wednesday 27th May – The Rectory, Chesterfield Town Centre
– Saturday 20th June – Staveley (outside venue)
